Too tired to work

I tried to cash a cheque at the Randridge Mall FNB Today. We were about 8 people in the queue, but there was only one teller, who took forever with whatever the client required. there was another teller who completely ignored us and continued to count money. Eventually someone came in, walking in slow motion, looked around and walked out in slow motion calling for another teller. After another five minute wait, the teller came in, but took his time getting set up. He eventually helped the first gentleman in the queue, who was also cashing a cheque. After another 5 or so min, he called for the supervisor as he needed authorisation. We then proceeded to wait for her to evenually come do the clearance. When it was my turn, I was told I couldnt cash the cheque I was given because I only had my Drivers licence. I dont carry my ID with me, as if my bag is, I at least have ID. I explained that I am a customer of over twenty years and that all my credentials are on the system. I offered my card to be checked. I asked to see the supervisor, waited another ten minutes, to be told the same story. I understand rules and regulations and but the tired and unhelpful attitude leaves me cold
