My daugher is 8 years old and needed braces on which the orthodontist sent in all the paper work for authorisation from Denis, we got authorisation number and breakdown of how payment will be done monthly to the dr, but nowhere on authorisation was it stated that these will be paid from our savings account! Why then go through all the trouble of needing authorisation on which Denis also requested extra pictures and xrays to authorise, when this is then eventually paid from savings account which I could have submitted myself. You put people under false impressions only to stand back with a shake of the head. Not impress!
