Giving the runaround and not reading emails

We submitted receipts, proof of payments, and authorisation number to Medshield for claim after a hospital procedure. Medshield responded that we require authorisation and motivation before the claim can be paid. We sent the authorisation number (as in the original email) as well as all motivation letters that were sent to obtain authorisation. Medshield responded again that we need to contact the MSO to obtain authorisation. Please stop giving us the runaround and read the email - the authorisation number is there! The procedure was properly authorised!
