On the 26 June, I have sent an E mail to MFC to update my info to all Credit Bureaus. on the 29 June, the consultant asked me to send him a printout from ITC and I refused becoz I did not understand why I have to send Credit report in order for them to update my account.
On the 26 July I've got another confirming that my query has been forwaded to their Complaints Dept.
I even sent an e mail to Yashin, No one is willing to help.
Why are you treating me like this?
