Identity number: 8003105427088, account number: 0016510001028377593, My husband contacted the sport scene call centre to query about his account, he was advised that instruction has already been sent on the 21/10/2013 to the credit bureaus to amend his account to an up to date status, he advised them that he did a credit report and it is still showing the arrears and he was told that a second request will be sent to the credit bureaus to update and he was also advised to send a request to [Email Removed] but still he did not get feedback and his credit bureau profile is still not updated. we are very very disappointed as this is not the service we expect from sport scene. We normally get an excellent service from them that is why today we are so shocked of their service.
