My name wrongfully sent to the Credit Bureau

I tried to buy a TV in December at Hi Fi Corporation at Carnival Mall, they had a problem with their system and could not capture my details. I cancelled the transaction with them and went to Hi Fi Clearwater Mall, my credit application was successful and I received my TV the same day. In January I found out that I was debited twice by Hi Finance, upon investigating I found out that the Carnival Mall application that I cancelled was processed in my absence. That meant I bought two TV but I only had one TV. After months of going up and down the 2nd credit was finally cleared by Hi Finance in August. I then found out that my name has been sent to the Credit Bureau as I was not going to pay for a TV that I did not buy. My complain is I have been trying to get them to clear my name with the Bureaus without any success, they only send me emails that show that they sent my name to the Bureaus but my name still appears at the Bureaus. Christina Mbola, the lady I have been dealing with is refusing to take any responsibility instead tells me that I should dispute my profile with them. The Bureaus tells that they take instructions from Hi Finance not me so I'm stuck.
