I have just received my credit report, and to my dissatisfaction my accounts status with all 3 credit bureaus is still reflecting as Open/Current, kindly see to it that a letter is sent to them to update my credit report.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email, and send me confirmation once the above has been done.
