I am trying to buy a House and it is not an easy process, I have been declined for the past two years and in that two years I will wait another 6 months to try again but not luck. One of the FNB bond originator suggested that I get a free credit report with Transunion and I did that only to find that on the report there was two account affecting my chances getting a home loan and it was account that I have paid up sometime last year. I have send Transunion the settlement letters and my report was updated in two weeks, they were very professional in handling my dispute.
On the other hand I was told that I need to update with other two Credit bureaus i.e. Experian and Lucid, I have been trying for a month to fix my reports, I have send them the same info that I send to Transunion and still they messing up my report even more, I don't understand what is so difficult to update my information. They send me an updated report it is still wrong. I am tied following up and sending disputes cause I am not winning, I am writing this complain to you to please assist cause you are my only hope.
