I called the ABSA Call center at around the 13 August to close off my Absa credit card after paying up my account. I was advised that the speciliased Credt card closure department would call me within 48 hours as they are busy and unable to take my call at the time. To date the 29/08/2013 I have still not received any call or feedback regarding the closure of my account.
this is becomming a hassle and it is very stressful.
