Incorrect info on the credit bureau

Good day,
Could anyone give me a call regarding a account i opened in April 2012. I locked a complain on Hello Peter 08 July 2013 and i advise to update my account, and as per the feedback you will only update the account once it has been settled. If the account has been opened in April 2012, why did you update in June 2013? This should then still be still April 2012, because its not paid in full. Could you please update as per your feedback last given. I want the date to show April 2012/May 2012/ June 2012.
