I have some loan accounts that we settled by the insurance due to retrenchment. This accounts were settled in March 2013 I got sms that the info would be sent to Credit Bureaus for an update. I called the call centre in June 2013 and they told me the query will be sent and the update would be done. I called again to check in August and the agent I spoke to told me that the queries we sent on the 21st June but since they were waiting for an the reply from the bureau if they don't get a reply the query expires. This is unprofessional because all along I thought that my credit status was updated. A credit status is a big thing because even when I look for a job they check this but the info they get is incorrect because some one did not do their job. I emailed back office on the 29 then I got an sms that they send the info again, but because I did not trust them I called the call centre on the 30 August and to my surprise they only opened 1 query, even the agent could not explain why. I emails back office again and got a reply from Eileen Botha telling me the query would take 7-21 working day. I am very disappointed because I think this should be a priority since its been 6 Mnths
