I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father who doesnt know about how credit reports works.as I know, every person is entitled to a free report once every 12 months and thats what he wanted. He called and spoke to a gentleman who he couldnt understand that well and just answered as the gentleman asked the questions.now not knowing what info he must give and still finding it hard to understand, he gave his banking details as he thought it is for updating perposes just as all the other info had to be updated like work and contact numbers etc.he didnt feel comfortable about the call so he called again and got through to someone who he could understand and the second gentleman said to him "yes sir, i see this is your first credit report and it will be free. he got a mail with a credit report and an invoice or 280.00.
he called just after the 1/11/13, after a debit order went off and was told that a manager will call back. no one called. i called and asked when manager will call, they wouldnt help me. he called again and still a manager is calling him back!!! he send report update and mails... no respons... IS THIS HOW MANAGEMENT AND TRANSUNION WORKS? DISGUSTING SERVICE!
