One headache after anothe

I have spoken with the call centre more than seven times in one week at a huge co
st because the consultants are incompetent and do not seem to know what they are doing it talking about. My latest frustration has been that a reversal has not been done within the twenty four hour period I was assured of. This, after having waited eons for an inter-bank transfer to clear. I have never known such nonsense before? U expect to be called and have my query resolved within the hour!
