BankCard Stuck in the ATM, slept in town

I am so angry with Standard Bank or local banks.
My life was in danger, I did not have cash with me, At 5PM, as normal I went to an ATM at Bellville shopping centre to draw money for taking a Taxi to home

After inserting my bank-card, the ATM did not prompt bank to me, I thought it was still loading so I waited for an hour so that it will prompt me to enter my password. An hour passed by then a security guard nearby said I can get help I must dial the Standard Bank number next to the ATM. I got relieved a bit because I thought I might get help maybe to draw the money maybe given a code as the money-transfer option I have seen at ATMs.
I called the number but I was so disappointed by the extent of ignorance a huge bank can have when they are aware such incidents do occur. How come dont they have a solution so that I could maybe call them anytime (24/7) to draw MY MONEY. Due to this I was stuck &slept in the streets with the cold front last week. My Doctor said I developed frost bytes on my feet. I had to beg money at the streets in order to afford a taxi fare, whilst I do have money trap in that stupid ATM :(.

I hate StandardBAnk, as a result I will transfer to FNB or A
