Incompetent services with rude consultants

I made an internet payment friday which was supposed to be 259r when i checked my statement it was debited r1392.82 called standard bank customer service which gave me a 0800601023 number called them, they said i should call the next day they can only reverse it then. instead of calling i went to fourways crossing branch was assisted by a lady who assured me it was done and will reflect in a hour i asked if i should close the account she said no just monitor and waited a hour checked my statement it wasnt in called above number they said it takes 24hours waited till sunday checked and then evenually called yesterday they said it wasnt reversed by cardo he said he will and he did. checked this morning money was reversed and redebitted by same company called standard bank spoke to between 5-10 different ppl and had to explain my story and the manager shereen said it was my fault she got some1 to call me back and say they wouldnt assist me. went to fourways branch closed accounts after that the lady who helped me said that they should have given me a dispute form but she cant give me one as my accounts are closed what usless insenstive unfriendly stuff
