Yet another problem with Standard bank, after all my other complaints about Standard bank it seems they are completely incompetent and have a huge lack in customer service.

For the second time now I have used internet banking to transfer airtime to my cell phone, the amount goes of from my account but does not get transferred to my phone. I have sent two emails to Standard bank, a secure message and tried to phone them a couple of times with no answer (After 10 minutes you kind of give up on them answering).

I have had NO response from Standard bank, it was the same issue with my previous complaints. They charged me wrong and then after a long battle they reversed the cost and guess who was billed for the reversal of the money they took of wrongfully... ME. They opened the wrong account, SMS service was not working. Cards where not linked as requested...

Its honestly been a HORROR moving from FNB to Standard bank. One of the worst decisions I have ever made.

Your service is pathetic Standard bank.
