I went into the FNB branch in Centurion, Hedrik Verwoerd drive, wrote my name in the guess book and waited more than a hour for someone to help me. I applied for a rate review.
I also asked that someone must call me in connection with a one account, they promised that they will ask the call centre. I complained with the manager, she apologised and promised to make sure the floor gets run better.
I have waited one week, nobody got back to me.
I went into the bank again today, and waited another hour. The service is pathetic, I went to complain, but nobody wants to help me.
I am sure Standard bank would appreciate my business more than FNB.
