Ok had the week from two weeks ago. Among the myriad of unfortunate events my laptop bag was 31/7. I went onto the website to load the claim which didn't make complete sense as its one event, but you have to load a separate claim for each item (I had waited for the imaginary call back within 4 hours to get this confirmed after reporting the incident same day. I just wanted to know what I had to do to get all the admin right and make it flow smoothly. I called and asked to speak to Fay who was assigned to my claim. Left a message, no response, left another message no response and as the 48 hours to lodge with the police was almost up I had to rush to file the case. On my way there I had a car accident getting Tboned by some on a road I would not normally travel, only on it to go file the #! $! # case. Eventually Fay gets back to me and the claim is filed. I SPECIFICALLY instructed her to email me the quoted laptop replacement (only got that after calling her) I am now awaiting response to the email sent on sent 8/8 followup 12/8. Its a Laptop. I am in IT. I need the Laptop sorted and I can get it from supplier. How hard can this be?
