Failure to close my account

My name is Faith last year i went to FNB Easyplan in Boulders as i was advised to close my savings account that i had with them as it was accumulating bank charges because i was not using it. I spoke to a consultant who refered me to Thabo who was the manager and Thabo told me to pay the charges which were /- R46 at that time, I went to the atm outside the branch i paid the amount and came back to the branch and signed to confirm that the account was closed. To my suprise a year later which was last month i was told that the account was still active and has accumulated charges up to /-R200 and which was going to be written off and will have an adverse relation to my credit ratings. I went to the branch to query this and i spoke to Lerato Morudu who advised that Thabo left and the manager is now Portia and they could not assist me with anything.

I want this account closed and this charges reversed as it is not my problem that Thabo decided not to do his work.
