Paying for pathetic service!

I logged a claim for my laptop on 15-09-2013, Herman Venter was assigned to assist me. Upon receiving my claim, he picked up that the laptop I was claiming for had a previous claim from a different insurer. I explained to him that the claim was for a power surge, which the insurer rejected. I then fixed the laptop myself. Herman wanted proof of this, which i subsequently provided. I haven't heard anything from him since, its been 2 weeks. I have called, emailed & left countless message for him trying to find out what is happening. I spoke to a lady from the FFW call center on 10-10-2013 who told me that the invoice was received & that she will approve the claim. I even received a call from the company that was suppossed to come replace my laptop. I called FFW again on 14-10-2013 only to be told that the claim was not approved & is still being processed. No one knows what is happening & Herman still hasn't returned my calls or my messages. All i want to know is what is happening. I have given everything that was needed from my side, including the monthly premiums which they religiously debit, yet i cant get a simple call back! REALLY??!!!
