In 2008 I had financial setback & I ended registering with debt counsellors who advised that I must no longer use my FNB Chq Account number 51429868082 which I had for many years. I had an overdraft of R5000-00. I then requested that my salary must be deposited onto my savings account with FNB still. I`m working for Wesbank which is part of FNB. In 2009 I established that Debt counselling doesn`t help me. I then cancelled to pay my debts on my own. In December 2010, I went to see my branch manager P Maloka with intention of making arrangements to pay my overdraft as I needed to continue with my staff cheque account. He told me that my cheque account is still under debt review, he was unable to help me. I followed up with debt counsellors in 2011 to send me letter confirming that i`m no longer under debt review. I managed to get that letter & forwarded that to FNB debt review department unaware that this was a bridge to hand me over to the attorneys without any call to make me aware of that action. I was surprised to get a summons from their attorneys. Why there was no contact. I`m just under their roof at WESBANK, they have my e-mail, contact number. Can I have proof of
