Laptop claim rejected

On taking out the insurance, I specifically asked about my laptop.

I was informed as long as it is in the house it is fully insured as the desktop computers.

Now with a claim one year later, the laptop fell of my desk as I tripped over the power cord accidently, the claim is rejected.

No body want to accept responsibility and I am out of a R15 000 Laptop.
