I submitted a claim for fire damage to some of the contents of my household, this claim was attended to by Constance Selepe. its has been 3 weeks and contant calls. I can never speak to Constance as she is always busy on another call, however a message for her to contact me is always sent, i havent once been contacted by her since the initial call.
Every rep that I spoke to inbetween (more than 10 calls) told me that they were waiting for a report from a forensics company however when I eventually asked for a manager, she told me that my laptop had been lost! I had specified that the laptop was the one item i needed repaired or replaced urgently as I was losing income due to not having it. So 3 days ago i was promised that my new laptop would be delivered on the 11th and no later than yesterday. Still no laptop and still no call from Constance. She represents your company and she is an ambassador of poor service delivery.
