I contacted auto and general for my laptop claim, was put through to verna the consultant who was very friendly and very helpful. she advised we what i needed to give her for the claim to be processed. that was around 10 the morning. at 12 she contacted me to find out if i had recieved a quote from the supplier for my claim. i told her that i am still waiting. at 3 verna contacted me again and asked me for the specs of the laptop, to my surprise she contacted incredible connection in pe and got a quote from them. thanks to her service my claim was processed the same day. its people like verna in an organisation that make you feel welcome and valued.
