Hello.
i wrote a report to hello peter on June 7th 2013 regarding the delay in processing my claim.
On June 11th i received a small payout (thank you peter) However, on june 14th my broker received a "decision to cancel" document from liberty stating my policies are cancelled and all premiums would be refunded to me less liberty expenses. My broker failed to inform me.i only received this information on july 3rd. On June 19Th liberty emailed a document to me stating they confirm my request to cancel my disability policy followed by another confirmation of cancellation as per my request of my life policy.(July 19Th)
I made no such requests to cancel any policies and have received no answers from liberty for these false claims.
Subsequently, all money invested into my policies for the past three and a half years now belongs to liberty, even though i have the documented proof claiming i will be refunded my premiums less costs..
according to liberty, my policies were cancelled due to non disclosure of medical records during application stage.i disclosed all i was asked to disclose.
No response or answers from liberty.
