I called Liberty on the 8th October 2013 to request a cancelation on my three policies, they adviced that i should send an email to [Email Removed] to request that and the policy will be canceled within five working days. I did as per instruction and i didnt get any feedback fron them. On the 14th of October i sent a follow-up email and still there was no response, when i call today the tell me that my policies are not cancelled and i must send the a letter with my signature, my problem is their time frame... they tell me about another five working days and i dont have that time. i want those policies to be canceled as in today.
