I have two policies with Liberty and since I changed jobs I did not pay May's premiums. I did send a debit order form (for both policies) towards the end of June and no money went through my account and when I called in at the call centre they told I submitted too late and the lady told me she can do a special debit order to go through today. Which she did but the debit order was for only one policy (it was only for one month's premiums) and I specifically told her that I have policies. I have been sending emails asking for banking details so that I can deposit the money myself but received no response, I am worried my policies are gonna lapse.
