Husband lodged a disability claim, after advise and assurance from Broker Charmaine Fulton, in June 2013. For months we had the run around with paperwork. In the past 2 months all had been submitted and we were awaiting an answer - it has been escalated 2 - 3 times - still no answer on whether there will be any form of payment at all.
We were assured by your broker that this was def a disability claim and that Liberty would definitely pay out - this is not only giving incorrect advise, but also false hope! Premiums were happily taken by Liberty during this time until we said - first answer then we will pay for insurance again.
