Debiting our account without permission

Outsurance service, I tried calling the call centre twice with no response... All they do is transfer me and this is totally unacceptable, please stop debiting our account. We dont have a policy with you guys... all we asked for his a quote and when we read the fine print we decided not to take the policy. A guide told us she will call us in a months time to see if we are interested and ever since we have been debited twice. Please stop this BEFORE WE TAKE FURTHER ACTION!!!
