PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT???

Hi

I told you 3 months ago to stop debiting my account with that R55 insurance policy thing I TOLD YOU IM NO LONGER INTERESTED

Must i first go to the obudsman before you cancel this? Every month you debit my subscription and then the R55 i was never interested, STOP IT AND REFUND ME PLEASE
