A few months back an outsurance agent called me regarding an outsurance life policy, i agreed to let him do a quote for me, not long after that i get an sms saying that a nurse will contact me for the policy, i recieved a call from outsurance to enquire if the nurse contacted me as the policy was about to begin and i strongly advised them on numerous occasions before this so called policy could start that i did not want it. eventually to find out they still try debitting my account for the amount. i contacted outsurance and spoke to mitchell in the life policy dept and after long investigation proved to him that i said i did not want this policy, he assured me that the policy is cancelled but a few days ago my account is still being debited for this policy which i did not want! now my account is constantly getting debited for bank charges for this debit order that keeps being rejected due to insuficient funds and due to their lack of competence i was seriously inconvenieced financially as my account was debitted again this month. not forgetting to mention that all this unwanted debit orders that are marked with insufficient funds are now affecting my credit rating.
