I phoned Outsurance about two weeks ago to enquire about the different types of cover that they offer and do get a quote, The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
However, I did explain to her that I am not going to take up their services this year and she understood. we then agreed that I would email her directly once I have decided what direction I would like to go.
The next day I was contacted by another lady that tried to sell me insurance. I told her no thank you and that I was not interested and that I will contact Outsurance once I have made a decision.
I was contacted again on Friday by a gentleman from Outsurance, again, trying sell me insurance.
It looks like once you give Outsurance your contact details, you give them the permission to hound and herrass as they please.
Please remove my number from your data base, I am no longer interested in doing busisness with Outsurance.
