Every second month my African Bank credit card gets blocked and I need to re FICA the card as African Bank have NO record of my FICA details. I went to African Bank in Greenstone 5 times already and every time they apologise for the inconvenience and do the FICA and 2 months down the line I have the same issue again. When are you going to get this right!!!
I have asked the command centre to have Snr person call me t sort this out once and for all and I am STILL waiting for the call. It is so embarresing to take out clients and needs to pay and my card is blocked due to African bank`s records that "disappears". Can you please call me and sort out this mess!!!
