Insurance Policy Discrapancy

I usually asssit my mother in finding a good insurance for her car every year and this year i decided to try OUTSURANCE, what happened is a quatation was given to me and i was told to tell my mom to take the car to the nearest glassfit for inspection, which she didnt after we were told that we need to pay initiation fee for our first installment and immediatly i sent an emai to [Email Removed] attention to Lebohang Sematla, indicating that we no longer want their product, mind you we were commmuniting all along via this email, but this time there was no repsonse and 2months later i decided to call outsurance, i get the lady named Candice Pillay, who by all the attitude she has didnt assist and she told me she cant help / or even talk to me since the policy is my mum's, so my question is why did they allow me to take it on my mum's behalf and go as far as debiting my mother's bank account without them speaking to her but only when i want to stop the service they want to talk to her, tell me if its not another defrauding activity
