I am so shocked!
About 6 months ago I got a quote from outsurance over the phone. The agent told me to have my vehicle inspected before the quote can be activated. I later decided against making use of this quote AND didn't submit any forms or signed any official outsurance documentation.
Suddenly today I see on my bank statement that Outsurance had activated a debit order without my permission and have been deducting a monthly fee from me all this time!
This is!!!
Stop this debit order immediatly and give me back the money you from me!!! How can you do such a thing??? I never agreed to any of this!!! I never agreed to the activavtion of the quote, it was just a quote!!!
Shame on you outsurance!!!
I would appreciate an immeadiate response along with my money back.
