Insurance cancelled, pls stop debiting my account!

Hi,
I've sent Kevin Collopen an e-mail on 12.04.2013 that I scrapped my car on the back right door and needed to sort it out with Outsurance as I was still covered under them. I requested that he cancel the quotation as I needed to sort out the repairs with Outsurance, but he didn't respond. I was debited on the 20th of April as well as yesterday. I'm still covered under Outsurance and can not pay two insurance houses. Can you kindly stop debiting my account?
