Homeloan application is not attend to

I did an online homeloan application on 7 September, and upload the requested documents on 30 September. After a week, no response. I phoned and speak to Irshaad. He had a very bad attitude and told me that online applications was only for salaried people, and every time I asked a question, he said that he will take it up with back office. Now Nedbank need a total set of new documents, on the same information I supplied in the firtst instance!
