Iam shaking i paid my credit card and loan of on the 20/07/2013 via transfer from my acount.then i get a statement for the loan R0.00 balance.my credit is reloaded. Then today i get a sms for the credit debit of R617 will be going of my account for my credit card. Call the call centre speak to LERATO that does not want to give me a chance to speak speaks over me well LERATO iam ANGRY this is my money not AFRICAN BANK.iF any debit goes from my acccount tomorrow i wil, l be worse. Then LERATO tells me that both amounts was paid into my credit card.how is this possible when on my PROOF OF PAYMENT is shows different account numbers.and if my account is debited it will take 3 working days to be refunded. If i did not pay AFRICANBANK it will not take 3 busines days to call me or put me on ITC, they will take few minutes. I wnt this sorted i send my proof of payment to your back office that always take 1million years to reply. Get this sorted
