No replacement card was delivered. I called Charlene during March 2013 and was told that the card would be delivered during the next week.
On 2 August 2013, I called Charlene again and she confirmed that the request was sent through to their courier company and that the card will be delivered on Monday 5 August 2013. I also provided Mr Reeve's contact details to facilitate the contact via the courier. To date no delivery! I left another message on Charlene's phone this morning.
