I received December 2012 a Game Gift Card for R 200.00 as a present. The card is valid for 3 years. I only want to use it recently end November 2013 but they told me at the Brooklyn branch that the card is invalid.
I contact there head office try to sort this out. Then they ask the branch to contact me first I speak to a Magdalene
from Brooklyn branch she said that the card in question was report as January 2013 and re issued on another card for R4500.00 and this was used. Which I cant understand I got the card the whole time with me never try to use it. Never report it as. She also said a Charlene was involved. My name is not Charlene.
Then a Jennifer contact said I can come they will give me the money. Before I go she phoned and said that I cant come as there is a issue with the card as it was cancelled and I cancelled it. I did not.
They made me feel if I am, My card number : 7353 2610 1590 4135 the bar code: 6001003010311.
I am really fed up with them. I also contact Mash mart fraught line but no response from them as well.
