Last week one of your agents called me from Johannesburg branch stating that my card would be delivered on the 29th of April 2013 between 9am and 11am. Monday came and guess what nothing. So I called the Port Elizabeth branch to find out where my Fnb credit card is. The agent told me that they received it on the morning of the 29th of April 2013. So she asked me when do I want it delivered so I asked a.s.a.p. Then she told me the earliest time for delivery would be the following week Monday the 6th of May 2013. So I think ccd should really get to terms of service delivery and Fnb should use a courier company that can keep promises. I stayed at home specially waiting for my card delivery that never happened. Very disappointed.
