I was called many months ago (cannot recall the exact date) by a representative of Diners Club who got my details from Standard Bank offering me a Diner's Club card. I accepted. The card was however NEVER delivered to this very day.
I was shocked to find statement in my post office box indicating I owed R605.99 despite NEVER receiving a card!
So please remove charges from my imaginary account with immediate effect and cancel my request for a Diners Club Card while you are at it.
Please e-mail me confirming receipt of this complaint as well as confirmation that my instructions to remove the charges and cancel my request for a Diner's Club Card have been actioned.
