Our major client Mr C.A. Stanley - CEO Castech Group: Is extremely disappointed with the courier/delivery service Diners Club Card are presently using. They are totally incompetent. After making arrangements with him Friday last week to deliver his Diners Club Card today (Monday 24/06/2013) He has received SMS with a ref no. on phoning in they again went through the rigmarole of security and delivery address etc... telling him they will deliver sometime this week. Even though he explained that arrangements were made to deliver today. Then another call from the couriers stating the same information. Mr Stanley made special arrangements to work from home today - so that his card could be delivered. Shame on you! If someone from Diners Club does not contact him today - FEEL FREE TO KEEP YOUR DINERS CLUB CARD!
