Incorrect allocation

I took out a loan a year ago with Nedbank's loans.
Everything went well with the loan and the repayments until, I changed jobs.
I asked for my repayments to be changed from the 25th to the 1st of every month.
Which they failed to do even though I had informed them more than 27 days before from a branch.
they then deducted on the 4th of the month in January 2013.

They then started to hassle me with phone calls from February 2013.
I informed them that I didn't do the payments as they were running a debit order.

I later looked at my bank statement and noticed that the reference number used for the payment in January was not mine and I sent them the proof and asked their call centre collections agent to amend and inform the correct persons and update my ITC profiles.

I thought this matter was sorted in June 2013, when I made contact with their call centre, but I have received another round of harassing emails and calls.

My account number is 80015850821 01121123, but for the month of January they have it as 80015850821 . After that the amounts are correctly allocated to 80015850821 01121123.
