Service and Breach of Contract

Nedbank has decided to go against my contract with them where i stated that my loan repayments be deducted on the 25th of each month. They have decided to "track" my account because i am in arrears with one month (i mean one month really). Part of that tracking is to run a debit order on the 21st. How clever, obviously if one gets paid on the 25th logic should dictate that there wont be any money in that account on the 21st. As a result i am now liable for unpaids in my account which Nedbank refuses to assist with paying.

Not to be out done, they have now debited my cheque account with all my money left in it to put towards the arreas. Who gave them this permission as the loan repayments are being paid from my Absa account? When i called the Collections number (0860 103 116), i was greeted with arrogance personified in a form of a lady called Essie. No manners what soever, rude and condescending. She literally shouted at me, a collections clerk. really?

Tomorrow, I will be closing my account with Nedbank as they really dont know what customer centricity is and to think i was thinking of moving all my accounts to them. What a service.
