Funds were debited from my account without my knowledge by VAF, without no prior notice and that funds was supposed to be paid towards my rent which I now cannot pay. I called the call centre for assistance and asked if a portion of the funds can be reversed so I can pay towards my rent as I have now started a job and going forward will be able to pay to the outstanding debt. I have been told point blank that they will not refund a cent without even making an attempt to try and help. I have been told by Thabang and Leanna that the bank doesn't need to get permission or notify the client if money is taken out of clients account. I was previously informed by Kelly investigations that I should make no contact with the bank as they were dealing with the account. I have not been contacted by them either with regards to non payment. Could somebody please assist asap
