We have Petrol cards through Nedbank for our company on the 31/12/13 somebody at Nedbank (some credit person) sent instructions through to Nedfleet cancelling these cards with no notice to us at all, this is not our main bank account so the transaction goes through and then the account is overdrawn for about 2/3 days then we transfer the full amount owing including the banking charges, they have now used this as a reason why they cancelled all our cards. However we are in contact with people at the bank who have NEVER given us any reason to believe this was unacceptable and we were in jeopardy of them cancelling our petrol cards, We have been customers of Nedbank for 20 years I am horrified to think this is how they treat their customers, no email or nothing and now the person responsible who is suppose to have phoned me has not, and I have a company that's cars are all over SA with no Petrol.
