ASKING WHY

I have not been getting SMS notification on my cellphone for over 2 months now. I have called the call center more than once, went to the branch, Just a waste of my time!!! I make transactions over R3000 and don't get a message;They gave me a statement stating that this only reflected is a past date. Real Time Transaction bear in mind, and this is not even on the internet. I made two transactions at two different stores on a FRIDAY and they only got processed on a Sunday? And you telling us to ask why. WHY IS MY SMS NOTIFICATION NOT WORKING??? Why are your transactions only being processed two day after??? Statement??
Come on you the first bank in SA that took the initiative to be able to use biometric identification and open longer but you can't the simple transaction working?? "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication " they say.
