No statement for 5 months

I have not received a statement for the past 5 months.

I have visited the branch in Centurion Mall on 3 Dec 2012, but the systems were off. I have also contacted the call centre on numerous occasions to verify my personal details, request a new statement and to obtain information as to the instalment due.

Some of the dates that the call centre was contacted:
4 Dec; 13 Dec and 24 Dec.

Every time I am promised that the current as well as the previous months' statements will be emailed and/or posted. As to date, I have not received any statement for 5 months.

I have no clue what is going on in my account!!! I can't verify whether the validity of transactions processed against my account and do not know if my paymnets have been correctly allocated. This worries me as I read that there is customers complaining about incorrect transactions processed against their accounts. I also have to pay my monthly installments based on the information provided by the call centre. I do not know if the correct information has been provided. If an under payment has been made, unauthorised interest will also be processed against my account.

What must I do in order to get a statement?
