CAR INSURANCE REPAIRS

I Mr P.M. Gounden the owner of A BWM 118i, who had an accident on the 09/07/2013 at around 8:00 in the morning heading on the R51 towards Pretoria. The vehicle was handed over to FR Auto bodies for repairs. The claims forms was submitted to Mutual and Federal via my Broker. The broker made all the arrangements. My car is still not been accessed.by an accessor. The information on the document was incorrect, the Vehicle is still at FR AUTO BODIES.

Mutual and Federal's Service is not run in a professional way. there is no communication with the Client on giving feedback on the status of the repairs. Poor or no communication. I have engaged with Mutual and Federal based on my previous experiences. This will be the first and Last that I would be engaging with them because of their poor service delivery and poor communication with the client. I am experiencing extra cost which is not part of my fault, as this was Mutual and Federal, s fault for the hired car, which also took about approximately 5, 5 hours to collect. This is an unacceptable service levels. The car hire will expire on Saturday the 10/08/2013. I have no other vehicle to be transport myself from point A to B., but yet n
